A. The Sky Store is an online supermarket.

A. We sell 100% original and branded food and household products. These range from packaged food items, health and nutrition supplements to household products.

A. Currently, we are catering to the city of Lucknow. We have plans to expand in other cities in the near future.

A. We are centrally located in Lucknow.
Q. Do you maintain your own inventory?
A. We maintain our own inventory. We have our own warehousing facility which enables us to deliver all items to you for the orders placed, in the shortest possible time.
Q. Do you have a physical store?
A. No, currently we do not have a physical store. But we have our own warehousing facility where all items are stored.
Q. Do I have to register?
A. You can browse the website and add items to your cart. At the time of checkout and placement of order, you will have to register using any of the accepted registration methods.

A. Yes, registration is free.
Q. Do I need to enter my card or bank account details at the time of registration?
A. No. It is optional, it is not mandatory.

A. Yes. Phone numbers are mandatory as they help us connect with you and ensure that your order reaches you on time.

A. Yes. The address field is mandatory to enable us to deliver your order.

Q. Can I have multiple logins?
A. Yes. You can register using different phone numbers/email ids, however each account will be treated independently.
Q. Can I shop at The Sky Store without registering?
A. No. You can browse the website and add items to your cart. At the time of checkout, you will need to enter mandatory details which will automatically register you to the website.

A. We accept payments by all major credit and debit cards/UPI (BHIM, Google Pay)/wallets (Paytm) or cash on delivery.

Returns and Refunds
Q. Can I return an item?
A. We only accept returns within 48 hours for items that are unused, unopened and in their original packing.
Q. Will I get a refund for items returned?
A. Yes. Once your item is accepted for return, your refund amount will be processed within 5 working days of items being received in their original condition.
Q. What is the time duration of accepting returns?
A. We only deal in 100% original and branded items. Hence, in the unlikely event of you wanting to return an item, your return can be processed within 48 hours of delivery.
Q. How will I get my refund?
A. All refunds will be processed either via Sky Wallet or original payment methods. In case of cash on delivery, refunds will only be processed through Sky Wallet.
Q. When will I get my refund?
A. The fastest way to get a refund is through Sky Wallet, which is within 24 hours. For other payment methods it may take up to 5 working days.
Q. What is refunds through Sky Wallet?
A. The point system in Sky Wallet is very simple, where 1 point = 1 rupee. These points have no expiry date and can be redeemed for all future purchases greater than

A. Yes, same day delivery is offered for all orders placed before 06:00 pm.
Q. What if I don’t receive my order at the scheduled time?
A. In an unlikely scenario where your delivery hasn’t been delivered as per the delivery schedule, you may contact us through WhatsApp.

A. Yes. You can contact us on WhatsApp and edit the order for orders that have already not been dispatched.

A. No, cancellation charges are not levied.

• For order placement – We are open 24/7, 365 days a week. You can place an order anytime. Your delivery is automatically scheduled.
• For delivery – We provide same day delivery for all orders placed before 06:00 pm. Deliveries are scheduled in a 2-hr slot between 09:00am – 09:00pm

Q. When can I earn Sky Wallet points?
A. We run various offers to help you earn Sky Wallet points. The same is detailed in our offers section. You can earn Sky Wallet points simply by referring your friends & family, shopping with us or other ways listed in the offers section.
